About Us.

Built in 1926, with over 12,000 square feet of space, our space was Brevard County's first hospital. 1250 S Harbor City Boulevard sits on 1.3 acres of land and has an unobstructed view of the Indian River and Melbourne Causeway. The site holds claim as the birth place to rock legend Jim Morrison, lead singer of The Doors. As the population of the county grew, a larger hospital was built, and the building was converted into medical office space.

Dr. Fuad Ramadan established his Melbourne based practice in 2004, moving into 1250 S. Harbor City Blvd in 2009.
