Dr Ramadan received his MD degree with distinction from the American University of Beruit in 1983. He then completed his residency in general surgery at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill followed by accredited fellowships in Vascular Surgery and in Critical Care & Trauma. He was appointed Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Pittsburgh, spending 10 years teaching medical students and surgical residents. In 2003 Dr Ramadan moved to Melbourne into private practice using innovative state of the art minimally invasive arterial and venous procedures.
Dr. Ramadan is a Commercial Pilot with Instrument and Multiengine ratings and an avid skier and scuba diver.
